Forgiveness Writing

Writing down whats on your mind and forgiving it, then throwing it out

This is one of our most used tools. Find a scrap piece of paper and a pen. Write down whats on your mind. You can move mountains. If the thought or idea is to much for you right now. Start with a smaller thought. Until your ready to deal with the bigger one. Pick one thought or idea and write down everything that comes to your mind. And when your done writing it all down. You might fill a piece of paper or two. And if you only get a few lines it's okay. Look at everything you wrote down. With an open heart forgiving everything. Then throw it out. Let it go. You might have to do this a few times or for days, weeks or even months. It depends on how big your mountain is. But you will move it. You can do anything. You will find your peace.

Laughter is the best medicine

Laughter is very important in everyday life. Laughter is a natural medicine that can improve your mood, strengthen your immune system and combat stress. From the stress in everyday life, we could all use a little more laughter in our lives. For a healthy mindset. Laughter stimulates your organs by taking in more oxygen-rich air. Boosts immune system releasing infection-fighting antibodies and neuropeptides that help fight stress. Provides distraction improving your mood, removing stress hormones. Laughing increases endorphins. Endorphins are those feel good chemicals produced by your brain that boost happiness levels. The more you laugh increases the number of endorphins released in your body, fighting stress and promoting a positive mood.

Reprogramming Your Mind

The brain is divided into two main hemispheres. Logic-based functions, like math, analytics, language, and reasoning are all controlled primarily by the left hemisphere of the brain. The right hemisphere tends to manage creativity, imagination, and awareness. Each of the sides of the brain must work together, of course, to complete many tasks. For example, the right side of the brain may imagine a delicious meal, and the left side will work to reason which ingredients are needed to make the recipe. What science has shown is that when the limbs are crossed, both sides of the brain have to work more, dramatically causing this super state of learning. Where you're able to think with both logic and emotion.
